- Heavily on-hand experience carrying out inspections tasks and perform NDT methods such as UT, PT, PMI, MT, VT and infrared thermography on stationary equipment such as: pipes, vessels, tanks and steel structure to ensure its integrity then report any anomalies together with the inspection engineer stating the required corrective action to normalize it back to its normal operation condition.
- Closing all the WO in SAP with attachments after writing the inspection report in Meridium.
- Coordinating 30 in-house training conducted by Reliability Technical Support Section, reserving training rooms, enrolling participants, preparing stationary requirement, attendance sheet and sending the confirmation/rescheduling/cancellation to the participants & instructors benefiting 365 employees in HADEED
- Coordination 4 major TA activities for direct reduction plant A, B & C and being a focal point of the inspection department to communicate with operation and maintenance.
EHSS Promoter (A) at HADEED (2023-01 – 2023-12)
- Preparing and conducting the EHSS monthly meeting that is chaired by Sr, Manager.
- Ensure the proper PPE is available and being used in the site in the correct way by all the department employees.
- Ensure all the employees have the required training and certificate such as (SUWP, Confined space and stand by man) to carry out their daily tasks.
- Reviewing the updated procedures, work instruction and job description then upload it in QPulse as part of the quality management requirements.
Analyst, Inspection at HADEED (2015-07 – 2022-12)
Condition Monitoring Data Specialist at HADEED (2006-02 – 2015-06)
- Monitoring the condition of the electrical equipment to ensure its integrity then report any anomalies stating the required corrective action to normalize it back to its normal operation condition.
- Heavily on-hand experience of infrared thermography survey on electrical equipment with different voltages (Power Transformer, Closed-Core Transformer, Switch Gears, Motors, panels, Cables Termination, Bus Bars and Circuit Breaker).
- Heavily on-hand experience of infrared thermography survey on refractory of fired equipment (Pre-heating Furnaces, Furnaces, Reactors, Reformers and Ladles).
- Improving the refractory lifetime and reducing both, the heat losses and fuel consumption by detecting of cracks and heat losses in form of hot spots.
- Avoiding fire incidents several times by detecting high temperature and provide immediate recommendation on site regarding electrical component failure and saving estimated cost + 7,000,000.00 SAR in addition to save the reputation of the organization.
- Follow up with the plant maintenance department for the corrective action and redoing a thermography survey to ensure of eliminating the root causes.
- Conducting in-house training "Introduction to Thermography" showing our ability, capability to provide the needed services that can help increase the availability of the equipment by avoiding unplanned break down as well as increasing its lifetime.
- Creating OJT for new joining employee as a Condition Monitoring Technician.
Planning Supervisor at ASAS-MARAFIQ (2005-06 – 2006-01)
- Planning, scheduling and supervising electrical and mechanical tasks using SAP then, making the monthly report along with KPI.
- Co-ordinate with SEC & other contractors for electrical transformers shutdown.
- Creating scuf for spare parts, requesting materials from warehouse and making technical evaluation of requested materials.

- Authorized permit receiver.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly PM of stand-by diesel generators + (34.5KV/13.8KV), (34.5KV/4.16KV), (34.5KV/480V), (13.8KV/4.16KV), (13.8KV/480V) & (4.16KV/480V) distribution pad mounted transformers.
- Participate in changing the diodes of stand-by diesel generator.
- Participate in conducting the monthly & quarterly PM of battery bank + battery charger.
- Participate in conducting the quarterly PM of (4.16 KV) motor starter.
- Participate in the installation of motor bearing temperature alarm monitor.
- Participate in conducting the monthly cool washing of (115KV/13.8KV) transformer's insulation.
