Hello there.
Dear reader, you've probably seen many summaries like this so I'll try to keep it short and simple.
Looking for a constant developing environment that pushes one forward.
Highly motivated by challenge. This has been my fuel to get the best out of me.
Patience and respect and comfortable atmosphere is something that makes one and everybody around give their best and guarantees success.
This is what I've learned not just from my career but it's also a valuable life lesson.
I'm very confident of my abilities thus I'm looking for a challenge.
I understood work is not a mean to an end but rather it's a part of my life and should join it as such and in the same time keep my other affairs separated to avoid problems that many others fell into.
Most of the time I'm not working alone so it's very important to adjust with others' abilities and needs to keep the flow going while keeping a free space for improvement in the future.
Learning from others is key, not only from their experience but also from their mistakes, if one of us made something wrong then the other shouldn't do the same.
All of this varies from one to another, which understandable.
You should always expect to encounter someone is better than you, and learn from him.
You should always expect to encounter someone worse than you, and teach him how to be better.
