I am notI have more than 15 years of Rich Experience in Finance and Accounting. Presently I am working in Supermarket in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. I am familiar with BANK RECONCILIATION, VAT Preparation, Supplier payment Reconciliation. Financial report preparation.
Currently I am working as a Senior Accountant in ARABIAN BASKET SUPER MARKET &simport clothing center.
Statement reconciling Point of Sales . Co-ordinating Staff for smooth running of business. Verifying all entry posted by other Accountant. Checking all purchase entry its entered by other Accountant Allotting petty cash to Purchaser and checking all his bills accordingly I am responsible for Checking all Supplier Details and arranging their payment an orderly manner. Communicating with Supplier and negotiating their credit Limit increasing and Cross checking with Accounting entry
Prepares financial statements, reports of operations, expenditure reports, statistical data, and other information concerning financial requirements; assists in gathering and reviewing data for preparation of budget w ork programs Managing budget and forecasting for Financial activities Proactively identify and troubleshoot financial problems to ensure operational effectiveness and maintain proper controls. Responsible for all (A.P) Account payable /(A.R) Account receivables and all Invoicing process Responsible for issuing Cheque to suppliers on monthly/Quarterly statement basis Processing internal Auditing on Quarterly/Half yearly and on annual basis. Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
