Alexandre Sobral

Welcome! I bring over 10 years of experience in healthcare and a deep passion for improving how we care for patients. I began my career in JCI- and CBAHI-accredited hospitals, specializing in pediatric settings including the Emergency Department and Pediatric Cardiac ICU.

Over time, my perspective expanded beyond bedside care to the broader healthcare system — how processes work, how teams drive improvement, and how data can be leveraged to improve outcomes. This interest led me to complete a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, with a focus on project management within Nursing Services.

Currently, I am actively involved in a large-scale transformation initiative aimed at strengthening nursing practice across the hospital. My role includes analyzing incident and safety data to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborating with multidisciplinary quality teams to design and implement solutions that enhance patient safety, care outcomes, and the working environment for frontline staff.
