Having up to 15 years of experience in project management and control. Involved in Building, Tunneling, infrastructure, and bridges projects. During my work, I was involved in;

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented Civil Engineer with experience in Planning, Management, and Construction engineering of various Building, Infrastructure, Hydraulic structure, and tunneling projects under the contract documents, plans, technical specifications, and standards of quality and performance
• Project planning, control, and scheduling professional with 11 years of hands-on experience on complex and diverse projects with the contractor and Engineer 
• Develop a performance measurement baseline to monitor the time, cost, and reporting status of the project 
• Capable of generating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and look-ahead plans in comparison with the project baseline schedule
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule for ECP projects covering design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning in line with the milestones and constraints.
• Review contracts of sub-contractors and their progress payments in line with the contract.
• Prepare project proposals, contract negotiations, consultancy contract agreements, Extension of Time, and Cost Claims.
• Computation of the Earned Value to reflect project status in terms of cost and schedule variances.
• Supporting project management team to ensure adherence to weekly, fortnightly, and monthly project progress and Resources histogram.
• Reviewed and conveyed the Engineer’s consent to the Contractors’ Baseline program of works in line with Contract conditions
• Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest/provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays during progress meetings
• Revised the internal schedule as per conclusions, design modifications, or other alternatives to be taken by the Engineer’s Design / Supervision Team and identified the impact on the internal schedule.
• Exercising alternatives to assess time impacts of any variations/omissions/instructions to demonstrate to the Employer before finalizing/issuing such variation to the contractor
• Preparation of critical path analysis and impact program in the assessment of Extension of Time (EOT).
• Develop and report on Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
• Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and controlling.
• Prepared Plans and Engineer Recommendations for mitigation of the impact of schedule problem
• Excellent knowledge of project contract documents, detailed drawings, and specifications.
