• Supported digital transformation and user adoption through conducting site visits to 3 primary healthcare centers, engaging with end users through observations and interviews to assess system adoption, identify 5 key risk areas affecting user readiness.
• Conducted ADKAR assessment & analyzed qualitative and quantitative data from field assessments and user feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Developed data-driven recommendations to the project team based on key findings.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (PdM, PM, Clinical staff) to align change strategy with operational workflow.
• Developed and prepared content for a periodic HIS newsletter, distributed to system users across healthcare centers in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
• Contributed to the preparation of an HIS data training workshop for health cluster managers, in collaboration with Health Holding Company, with executive leadership attendance.
• Collected and organized candidate data for the Change Ambassadors initiative, targeting system users across Riyadh healthcare centers
