A dynamic professional with21 years experience in Design & Projects of Engineering/Development and Project Management.
Experience in handling complete project operations entailing Designing, Attending Consultant’s & Client’s technical meetings, reviewing of specifications, Preparing General Arrangement drawings, three line, Single line and control & Schematic Diagrams, generating Bill of materials and follow of production, Attending Final Acceptance Test(FAT).
Design development and construction of Equipment’s like Switchgear, Switchracks, Motor control center, Automatic transfer switch, Control and protection Panels, Switch Boards, Explosion proof and non explosion proof Panel boards and all other low voltage equipments for Oil field, Industrial and substation projects in Saudi Arabia.
➢ Working as team of Engineers for the timely execution of the project from the award of contract until supply of equipments from the factory.
➢ Knowledge of standards from major organizations like Saudi Aramco (SAMSS), SABIC, Saudi Electric Company etc.
➢ Attending kick-off meeting with customer to make sure the exact requirement, specifications deviations etc and clearing all technical issues.
➢ Develop the design drawings as per the requirement of clients and meeting all the relevant standards and specifications.
➢ Submit the drawings for client / consultant approval and attending techno-commercial discussions.
➢ Prepare schematic drawings and factory wiring diagram for production.
➢ Suggesting and advising the draftsmen in preparing the detailed Electrical drawings and fabrication drawings to be released to Shop floor.
➢ Planning & expediting the design, procurement & manufacturing activities.
➢ Attending customer inspections/ testing (FAT) and clearing out punch lists.
Project Co-ordination
▪ A project planner with expertise in planning, executing and spearheading projects involving, contract administration in compliance to quality standards.
▪ Monitoring and executing projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.
▪ Conducting meetings with PMT, client & consultant on contractual matters regarding progress of works, claim situations and other construction issue.
▪ Coordinating with the contractor and client for determining technical specifications, contractual requirements, obtaining approvals and initial clearances before handing over to design department
▪ Arranging pre inspection meeting with customer and Quality to discuss the progress of work and finalizing Inspection and Test Plan.
▪ Ensuring suitable deployment of technical staff & timely availability of engineers and equipments / materials to ensure timely execution of the projects.
