• Determine user roles within the platform and create elearning regulations in the college. Holding training courses and workshops on using the elearning platform (students - teachers - college staff). Holding training courses and workshops on creating educational content (teachers). Keep track of newly uploaded courses, materials, and related workshops within the e-learning platform and generate weekly reports. Build custom certificates. Provide personal feedback to learners. Help users with any problems.

• Responsible for scheduling exams and testing centers. Coordinate and preparation of examination papers. Training invigilators and updating existing invigilators on rules and regulation changes. Manage the examination entry process ( on time - environments are safe and secure. Responsible for inserting examination results into the system. Responsible for managing all examination records.
