Work for SABIC as a mechanical engineer, Reliability Engineer as well as Project Engineer. Covering several responsibilities as listed below:

• Responsible of conducting and implementing and following of some of the R family methodologies i.e. RBI ( Risk Based Inspection), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), RCM ( Reliability

Centered Maintenance) and ACA (Asset Criticality Assessment).

• Participated in HLPE (Long Product Long Expansion Project) as plant representative taking care transmittal receiving, Plant walk through as part of mechanical completion, Cold Commissioning and hot commissioning and project close-out process. Also, participated in plant Phase-III PHA

(Process Hazard Analysis).

• Creating, amending and reviewing plant maintenance activities ensuring adequate PM system through SAP.
• Proposing and following up project within the plant premises to ensure safe and reliable plant performance such as upgradation of gearbox in mill and finishing mill handling system.
• Generating monthly, quarterly and yearly plant performance reports as well as KPI failure justifications.
• Covering the duties of mechanical plant supervisor.
• Engaged in plant cold and hot commissioning activities during plant inception.
• Involved in PHA.
• Performed Risk assessment to the plant maintenance activities along with plant supervisor.
• Involved in plant short and long stoppages such as turnaround as an area in charge.
