Warehouse Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for all day to day activities in warehouse resources & in relation to company’s objectives & targets.
• Also keeping track of stock using computer systems, allocating space for storing goods & organizing special requirements for stacking.
• Managing all processes and functions within a busy quality warehouse.
• Managing a team of more than 145 employees within the quality warehouse & Steel factory.
• Coordinating racking and storing, maintaining high quality standards of materials handling.
• Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability.
• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively by maintaining ISO Standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Implementing new projects materials & stock with quality standards.
• Producing incident and performance reports for Top management.
• Making sure that all freight receipts and delivery notes are filed in time.
• Materials to be identified and can be traced to a test certificate, confirm with the materials are free from damages and contamination.
