Clinical Pathologist and Microbiologist having working experience of 29 years in all the subspecialties of pathology and microbiology in reputed hospitals; can work independently for identification of bacteria and fungi; interpretation of all immunological tests e.g. agglutination tests, ELISA, NAT, RIBA and PCR for bacteria and virus; interpretation of complete blood count, coagulation tests, peripheral blood smear, bone marrow aspiration and examination to classify different types of leukemia and anemia, interpretation of high performance liquid chromatography and electrophoresis to classify thalassemia and other hemoglobin disorders; parasitology to identify them in urine, stool, blood, spleen and bone marrow; interpretation of general clinical chemistry and hormone; interpretation of blood transfusion tests and immunohematology; have 28 years of experience in management of hospital infection prevention and control; writing policies and procedures of Infection Control; Policies and procedures related to quality control of the laboratory including External Quality Control e.g. RIQAS.
