Founded the company to service the power requirements of the Telecomms and Data Centre sector. The aim of the business was to be regarded by clients as their "virtual power section". This role enabled me to indulge my passion for technical excellence and hone my management skills, whilst growing the business in a sustainable manner. I have successfully developed this business over two decades and it's now a highly regarded player across the sector.

• Took the company from £0 to £3m revenue, head count from 1 to 35
