• Diagnosed and resolved a recurring Windows corruption issue on a new Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) unit that failed after every install attempt, including repeated image deployments, USB reinstalls, and BIOS/CMOS resets. Isolated the root cause to corruption triggered on first internet connection, then resolved it via a clean install with network access disabled, installing drivers/updates from USB, and re-enabling connectivity only once setup was complete — bringing the device to full working order.
• Provided day-to-day IT support across the university, including Windows OS deployment and imaging (USB and network-based), hardware assembly and repair, printer setup and maintenance, and basic configuration of VLANs, firewalls, and network switches.
• Tracked and organized device inventory and disposal records in Excel across multiple classrooms, maintaining accurate IT asset data.
