Thank you for the opportunity to share my profile. I bring to table over 19 years of experience & expertise in business optimization, vision strategy achievement, end goal tactical management, operational transformation and brand development, I’ve consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity (+28%), profitability (+11%), and increase customer engagement across diverse B2B and B2C markets. I lead through 2 frameworks; one for my immediate team - Aim, Act, Manage/Measure, Deliver. This we call AAMD - ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution at every level. On the ground my requirement for tactical execution is based on a model we pioneered that relies on; Steps – Clear, actionable tasks. Words – Strategic communication. Attitude – Culture and behaviour alignment. Technique, Training & Technology. This is called S.W.A.T and it has proven a pivotal tool in scaling success. These models have helped me embed operational excellence, elevate brand presence, and drive sustainable growth not only in Top & Bottom line but also within People.
