Earthquake Analysis and Design of Residential Building,GraduationProject January 2022

• Designed an eight-floor residential building surrounded by retaining walls where we used solid slabs for the first floor and hollowblock slabs for therest
• Studied and created a seismic analysis for the building to make sure it is earthquake-proof
• Used the Syrian civil code, to study the building using ETABS and SAFE
• Used MicrosoftExcel to study the building’s slabs
• Used JWDBeam tostudy the building’s hollow block slabs
