I am eagerly writing this letter to apply for F&B executive roll. I believe to be an ideal candidate for this position based on my education, certifications, work experience, qualifications, and skills. Regarding my career, I am currently working as a Senior Cost Control Manager with Signature Hospitality & Premium Chain since 2022.
Prior to this job, I worked for 1.5 years with Signature Hospitality & Premium Chain as a Procurement Manager where I negotiated favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency while monitoring supplier performance, quality, and delivery reliability. Overall, I have more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality field, and I am ready to take a new step. Throughout this journey, I have built a professional trusted relationship with clients, managers, and coworkers from different backgrounds and regions.
Moving on to my education, I have completed my Bachelor of Art and Finance from the Open University in 2011. I have also completed my bachelor’s degree in business management systems from the Arab Open University in 2010. Coming from a business and hospitality background with a passion towards conducting regular financial analyses to identify cost trends, variances, and opportunities for savings, I always dedicate personal and considerable time into researching about the future of this field.
It is essential to adapt to new changes at work, especially in a fast-paced and challenging environment that keeps evolving with time, where adaptability is a key characteristic to be held. Holding such a position requires a lot of client relationship management, quality assurance, accounting, inventory & cost control, purchasing, and safety engineering especially when dealing with large projects. I have acquired and developed these skills through-out my academic and career paths.
