I am a Design Manager with 21 years of experience in the design field (10 years in Saudi Arabia) and diversified experience in Design Management, with a strong technical and problem-solving background. I am familiar with RIBA Work Plan. I have the ability to review, coordinate, and monitor design process.
I can provide technical support to the client during the pre-design, design, and tendering stages. I have the ability to monitor the design team's performance during the design stage according to the established design processes and procedures, including adherence to schedule, cost, and standards codes, and design coordination activities. I can manage and supervise the production of construction tender documentation which would include securing appropriate approvals from the Client and local regulatory authorities.
I can manage the design team, distribute work and evaluate their efforts based on their respective roles and responsibilities.
I have a good knowledge of working within BIM environment and preparing BIM management documentation including BIM Execution plan, Organization Information Requirements (OIR) Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
