- Led the execution of multifaceted construction of Structural, Infrastructure, Interior Fit out projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Led the Quantity Take off’s, preparing BOQ’s and coordinating with tender department for tendering the projects.

DESIGNATION: SITE ENGINEER (JULY 2014-JUNE 2016).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors.
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
- Ensuring material delivery on time.
- Monitoring execution of works at site (brickworks, plastering, wall finishes, MEP works, joinery work, false ceiling, waterproofing, dry & wet area flooring, installation of doors & windows, glass work, elevations, cladding, fixed & loose furniture).
