I'm a detail-oriented LMS administrator with 10+ years of experience managing, administrating and supporting Global Training initiatives using Learning Management System.

I specialize in system support mainly system configuration, system fix, Reporting and Analytics.

I also have a deep background on Process Improvements to streamline work process and improve efficiency which in turn led me to receive multiple awards such as Manager Awards and Value in Action award.

I'm also self-motivated and I can work independently with minimal to no supervision. I have lead a team of system testers wherein we tested over 700+ scenarios with 99% test cases tested twice.

This achievement led us to implement a new system within 6 months, meeting our very tight deadline.

I have a strong passion for finding a solution to any problem within my job scope to eliminate any gaps within the organization and promote work-life balance for everyone.

I graduated with a Bachelors degree of Business Management - Major in Computer Applications. What I love about my field is that I can merge my passion in Business and Computers. I can be business owner or full time programmer
