In my previous role as a Quantity Surveyor at Top Factory (Part of Roots Group Arabia), I successfully handled various responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough quantity take-offs and producing detailed material and labor schedules
• Preparing accurate and comprehensive bills of quantities for tender submissions
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and cost forecasting
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Managing variations and implementing effective change management processes

These experiences have allowed me to develop excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am confident in my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

I am highly proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel, enabling me to generate accurate estimates, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
