My Name is Mr. Jegan Jose i have more than Five Years of experience in maintenance work of refurbishment of valves, pressure vessels, welding, machining activities, HVOF activities, piping works etc.as a QCI

• Worked as a Multi Discipline Inspector and managed inspection activities involving Welding, Valve components, surface preparation, painting sequences as per code requirements and coordinating with client inspectors for approval.
• Skilled at reviewing drawings and preparing project & technical specifications for inspection activities and inspection forms formats.
• Proficient at liaising with Agencies, Engineers or Client and suggesting technical advice regarding Valve repairing matters.
• Hands-on experience in initial and final inspection of valves, hydro test and pneumatic test for as per API 598/ ANSI FCI 70 –2 standards.
• Reviewing and verifying NDE activities, line check for received test pack;

  experience in interpretation of radiography examination film and calibration of welding machines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various standards and codes - ISO 9001:2015, ASTM / ASME / AWS/ ANSI FCI 70 –2 / API codes and Saudi Aramco / Sadara Standards.
