Ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes.

• Work closely with 3PL providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
• Reconcile warehouse inventory on a weekly basis to identify potential issues and streamline agreed upon action plans.
• Receive and ensure returned goods to warehouse are processed appropriately.
• Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations.
• Code and prepare proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes.
• Ensure all logistics invoices are paid in time by following up with 3PL providers and working closely to them and with Accounts Payable to minimize aging invoices.
