Oversaw flight line operations and managed maintenance shifts as Line Chief, coordinating activities between Airframe, Electrical, Engine, and Avionics trades.

Supervised and coordinated aircraft maintenance teams, GSE operations, workforce allocation, and maintenance activities in a high-tempo operational environment while ensuring safety compliance, technical reliability, and operational readiness.

Led teams of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, ensuring scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities were completed in compliance with aviation safety regulations and technical standards.

Supervised pre-flight inspections, aircraft documentation, operational readiness checks, and post-flight evaluations.
