More than 20 years of experience in customer service and various fields of Hospitality, quality of food & beverage control, training & supervision, organizing work schedules and sheets, I worked with inventory, purchasing, reading & analyzing PL and cost control.

I have over 600 hours of restaurant manager training ( 3 months ) at Chili’s and Fuddruckers.
