I have been into Call center field last 9 years in Pakistan, UAE aswell as in Oman and i am very confident on my self because in these years i have learned so many things to handle a customer in any situations.
I am doing C.A mod (B) but my last degree is Intermediate I.COM from Government College of Science lahore Pakistan.
