• Prepare and maintain department Org Charts. Use Expedition to log transmittals, meeting minutes, internal memos, and letters sent to the client.
• Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested to keep the senior management team informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
• Create and maintain filing systems. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Log incoming/ outgoing correspondence in Excel to allow accurate tracking of document flow.
