I possess an extensive proficiency in air conditioning and climate control systems, servicing, fine tuning and configuring CAT electrics and electronics using SIS, ET and VIMS. I am very conversant with overhauls, rebuilds installations, retrofitting, troubleshooting maintaining and servicing electrics and electronics as well as various dispatch systems with emphasis on the highest quality OEM standard. My past vast experiences have enabled the development of highly effective communication skills which has always resulted in me being a good team player.

I worked with the team that assembled the first LIBHERE DOZER 776 for AVANTECH LIMITED ▪ Barrick Gold (Lumwana Mine) in Africa. As a planner working on Komatsu PC8000/PC7000/PC3000/700 shovels, Caterpillar Dozers (D11 & D10, 834H), Graders (16M, 24M), Loaders 994K, 993K, 980H,777E Dump truck, CAT Excavator 374F & 345GC, Hitachi EH4500 dump Trucks, Komatsu HM400-3R, HD785-7, GD8525, 930E Truck, Bell B25E, B40D, Drills DML, T50, DI650I. And I am responsible for identify whether work equipment can be operated, adjusted and maintained safely, with any deterioration detected and remedied before it results in a health and safety risk, Ensuring the team complies with the safety standards for Barrick are perform safe work procedures by filling in (FLRA, JSA whenever a task is to be performed).

I am responsible for analysing work orders and production schedule to plan machinery downtime for preventative maintenance, repairs, and projects. Review and evaluate completed work orders to optimize equipment life cycle and schedule proactive replacements.

At avantech my duties include:

• Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and coordinate the OEM as they offer product support.
• Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
• Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
• Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
• Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
• Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
• Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance. Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections
