As civil construction material Technician assists in providing quality control/ technical support to the materials testing and quality assurance as an integral component with design/standard. With Conducting inspections, sampling, and testing procedures activities according to standard spec, during the execution of the infrastructure, highway, bridge, and building projects. To verify that construction projects' features and materials conform to standard specifications.

To ensure projects are built with the safest and most sustainable materials, strong quality, durability and safety purpose.

Detail of Task

To supervised, monitor to the mixed concrete B/plant production for project /client demand with required designs of concrete mixed on batching plant as per standard designation Standard Specification for Ready-Mixed Concrete C94/C94M.

• To inspect, supervise & monitor concrete batching plant production, & testing of construction raw material in lab/ field, activities for infrastructure,buildings,Interchanges & Flyover.
• Performing field and lab tests of fresh / hard concrete, aggregate chemical, water cement, and other construction materials as per relevant / according to international standards codes such as ASTM, ACI & MS2 methods. Standard practice for selecting proportions for normal, heavyweight, and mass concrete (ACI 211).
• Monitor every delivery ticket shall be inspected to ensure that a mixture with the correct designation is delivered.
• Inspect delivered concrete it should be uniform and adequately mixed prior to discharge at the construction site.
• Monitor and examine concrete delivery and placement time to find out whether it completed within the time constraints of the project specifications.
