My roles were Material analysis and Quality engineering
Determined make or buy for each part, along with the Manufacturing Analysis team member. Select materials for production, including product, packaging, and consumables. Determined cost factors for the financial analysis.
Designed the complete quality assurance program for the facility, including purchased parts, raw materials, fabricated parts, and assemblies.
