I am a highly experienced construction professional with over 15 years’ experience delivering large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments valued up to SAR 500M+. I am currently leading a SAR 330M residential project in Australia, with full responsibility for programme management, commercial performance, procurement, consultant coordination and senior stakeholder reporting.
Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered complex projects in highly regulated environments, managing authority approvals, fast-track programmes and multidisciplinary teams. I am recognised for my strong leadership, commercial acumen and ability to drive projects to completion safely, on schedule and within budget.
My experience aligns strongly with the delivery models used across Saudi Arabia’s major developments and giga-projects. I am highly motivated to relocate and contribute to landmark projects across Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM and other key regions.

Previously served as Senior Project Manager on a SAR 470M high-rise mixed-use development, managing 100+ subcontractors and delivering complex structural works including deep basements, piling systems and heritage façade retention.
Earlier roles as Site Manager across luxury residential and large-scale retirement developments strengthened hands-on leadership, construction sequencing expertise and client engagement skills.
