Monitor employee's performance and be accessible to all areas of the shop.

Oversee multiple shop operations.

Plan daily manpower to meet workload.

Provide routine preventive maintenance, repairs and inspections to fleet trailing equipment.

Leading electronic, electrical and mechanical workshop and repair electronic components, using MAN CATS ǁ to analyse fault message and solving it electrically or mechanically.

Inspect the inoperative or broken parts to determine changing or repairing and supervision the assembly & disassembly process.
