i am working as a stock supervisor my job receiving the shipments and Entry's in the system and dispatching to Customers Requirements Issue items as per requirements from the departments

Follow up with Procurement Department to check status of purchase requisitions

Submit original copies of goods receipt note, invoice, to Finance Department

Process entries related to receipt and issuance of material in the system

Periodically check inventory levels and update the Store Supervisor to ensure adequate supply of materials to serve requirements of all Departments.

Coordinate with Procurement Department as per instructions of store supervisor to ensure correct purchase orders are generated against purchase requisitions
