- Responsible for carrying out the Operations activities for STC-Huawei for Transmission networks (SDH/OTN/ DWDM) of STC.
- Primary focus area is the maintenance of performed Operation activities of Transport Network comprising of Multivendor Equipmets viz Juniber MX Routers and Cisco Routers& Switches, Nokia and ALU PSS8/32 DWDM, SDH Nodes, Huawei SDH/OTN/DWDM Nodes etc.
- Supported Back office for critical activities such as hardware replacements and onsite configurations.
Resolved TTs with in SLA time period.
- Performed PMR for all above mentioned core nodes and supported 24/7 for the maintenance.
