Analyze and evaluate contractor claims against COMPANY.
Provide legal opinions and legal advises to COMPANY management on matters related to COMPANY bidding and contracting services, including contract disputes and claims.
Analyze or evaluate bidders' comments, deviations and exceptions to COMPANY Proforma Contracts and prepare legal opinions and recommendations.
Develop COMPANY contract terms and conditions and develop special contract under special circumstances
Prepare and develop complete Bid Documents based on COMPANY standard documents, which include:
a] Instructions to Bidders for Commercial Proposals.
b] Instructions to Bidders for Technical Proposals including all necessary forms and attachments.
c] Bid Forms including all necessary Pricing Attachments.
d] Proforma Contracts, which include:
i] Contract Signature Pages.
ii] General Terms and Conditions, Schedule "A", including Special Terms and Conditions, as
necessary.
iii] Scope of Work and Technical Provisions, Schedule "B", including Detailed Scope of Work, and
necessary attachments
iv] Contract Price and Payment Provisions, Schedule "C", including all necessary Pricing
Attachments and Special Terms and Conditions relative to Contractor’s compensation.
Prepare Invitations for Bids, reproduce Bid Packages and Issue them to Bidders.
Arrange and conduct Job Explanation Meetings and Site Visits.
Review, analyze and evaluate Bidder's Commercial Proposals.
Prepare responses to Bidders' questions and addenda to the Bid Documents during the bidding stage.
Arrange and conduct Bid Clarifications with Bidders.
Prepare responses to Bidders' comments and/or deviations to the Bid documents.
Prepare Contract Award Recommendations.
Finalize Contracts.
Prepare, negotiate and finalize Contract Amendments and Contract Change Orders
Negotiate Contracts that are procured by COMPANY through negotiations with specific CONTRACTORS.
Conduct Performance Review Meetings with COMPANY existing Contractors
Perform any other Tasks related to the development of COMPANY Contracts.
