Continuous monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, providing technical support to all users throughout the business, responding and resolving support requests and service cards in a timely manner.
Identifying, diagnosing and correcting any problems wit h computer hardware and software, services and applications, installing and configuring compute rs,
software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners,
setting up AD accounts for new users and email IDs,
repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls,
upgrading systems with new versions and models .
Follow-up and maintenance of computers of customers or employees, installation and operation of new devices,
installation of programs and operating systems,
preparation of reports on maintenance operation s, with recommendations for possible solutions, technical supp ort for computers of customers and employees and responding to inquiries
Preparing and conducti ng the necessary trainings for employees on the new systems or software and performing any other tasks within the scope of m y responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Department : Management information systems
