• Lead field operation team to overcome issues as per the agreed SLA.
• Experience with E2E troubleshooting a broad range of optical systems (DWDM, OTN and SDH).
• Manage migration activities and network software upgrade utilizing the NMS platform.

Achievements

• Increase network performance by 15% after developing a periodic network health check.
• Develop a TL1 script to detect SNMP trap to monitor the temperature value of the Nodes, therefore eliminate vital problems by 10%.

From May 2012 - July 2017

Deployment Network Engineer, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, Saudi Arabia

• Experience in installation and quality of DWDM and OTN for new or expansion rings/links.
• Experience in using elementary management system during links up.
• Experience using test tools (optical power meter, optical power attenuator, OSA, OTDR).
• Manage the hand over process of the new expansion or new node to customer as per the method of procedure.

• Decrease the time of finish installation by 8% by giving little sessions to installation teams on installation quality and the customer installation standard.
