Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. -Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes. -Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. -Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection. -Report to the Project Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality. -Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process. -Conduct QC inspection and testing (Architecture/Finishes- walls, false ceiling, dry walls, doors, windows) based on Inspection and Test Plan, Checklist, Method Statement and Works Procedures -Experience in executive works for all architectural elements of the site. Make an inventory of all contractors. Work summaries for contractors.
