Current Project: Flood Diversion Channel with Project Estimated Budget of 211 million SAR

• Review and comment on the baseline schedule and updated programs submitted by the contractor.
• Ensure that submitted schedules comply with the scope of work and contractual documents.

Current Project: Haya Kareema Project with Project Estimated Budget of 40 billion EGP. A position of senior planner to monitor and Coordinate activities, for 8 infrastructure projects (Sanitation, Clean Drinking Water, Electricity, Telecommunication, Natural Gas, Roads, Bridges, and Canals)

• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives and maintain Stakeholder satisfaction
• Help prepare and review project proposals, timeframes, and schedules that reduced by 33%, and budget that reduced by 7%.
• Manage and coordinate project schedule for the project to be completed on time and reduce time from 4.5 years to just 3 years
• Monitor and track the project's progress and handle any issues that arise and monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders.
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
