Duties and Responsibilities:-
A - Evaluate and assess contractors methods and procedures for
Performing construction works.
B - Revising and approving construction drawings.
C - Monitor and witness contractors performance during construction to ensure that it complies with company standards, specifications,
Codes and quality plans.
D - Witness all tests performed by the contractors.
E - Maintain documentation system which identifies progress,
Inspection status, acceptance of tests and final inspection, prepare
Hand over packages.
F - Controlling site safety requirements and monitoring of the company safety management polices and regulations.
G - Preparation and revision of contractor invoices.
