I am Mohamed Naushad at present working at Addmind Clap, Bruit Steak-house and Jones the grocer as a Assistant Restaurant Manager since March 2022 with pre-opening until now. Il be ending my contract by end of this month. Looking for a opportunity.
My experience 18 years hotel and restaurant such as Fine-dining Restaurant Italian, Japanese iris, steak house, American, Room Service, Coffee Shop, fine-dining outlet, and Banquet very high. Also I have work with many franchise restaurant pre-opening team
My job roll cover :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize Restaurant performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments, sales, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as required to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
Lead and motivate Restaurant staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest levels of productivity and customer service.
