Mohamed Younes

Dr.Younes has a broad experience of a wide range of projects as a civil engineer specialist for more than 20 years of experience, covering major infrastructure and site development across a range of sectors in the Middle East.

Major

Projects include Rail way transportation project, Highways, Dams design, Earthworks, soil improvement, Tunneling Projects ( TBM – cut & cover), Design dewatering systems, Foundations assessment, Seepage Control, Pilling system Design, Foundation on Problematic Soil, Soil reinforcement techniques, Canal lining, Offshore Structure (design the intake for Power Planets), Side Support System (Deep Excavation). Site Developments have involved foundations, excavations, dewatering, and side support system.

Manage engineering of large-scale projects including coordination and communication with the clients, municipalities, contractors and subcontractors. Preparing project scope, budget, and proposals, developing and overseeing the field investigations and laboratory testing programs, completing engineering analysis, preparing technical reports, observing geotechnical aspects of construction, follow up /Review the project designs, manage/supervise/ review all the field and design works, coordination of all the technical matters between engineering, construction and procurement, develop strong client relationship and an ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams. I have worked on a large variety of projects from small investigations for residential developments to more complex studies on large infrastructure and commercial projects.
