Monitor Italian Furnace, fully Automated control by Siemens PLC system & equipment operations, Gauges and lights in order to detect deviations from standard.
*Put material in,monitored gauges, HMI panels, poured furnace out and assisted the forklift operator
*Checking Temperatures of furnace for overheating.
*Monitor Burner train all equipment & Gauges work in good condition.
*Record Gauges, Temperature reading, test results, and shift production in log book.
*Done Furnace maintenance by taking off and Replaced the ceramic bricks, checking the burner nozzle, Replacement the fillers,changing the pulley & motors belts and furnace door.
*Set flows of Oxygen, LPG Gas,Desil,andTemperature for efficient,high quality production.
