•  Responsible for operating the radio room equipment, and maintaining helicopter communications.
• Maintaining continuous watch of all radio equipment and emergency calls in the radio room and operate the radios.
•  Maintaining radio and communication equipment in an orderly manner.
•  Maintaining the radio room in a clear and orderly manner.
•  Assist the OIM / BS with filing documents and paper work as directed by the OIM.
• Co-ordinate the distribution of e-mail messages.
•  Keeping logs of all communications.
• Keeping POB records.
•  Advising the OIM / BS of any required scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of all communication equipment.
• Equipment Specialties:

• Communicate with people on remote operations, including aircraft, mining, and offshore oil rigs.

Participate in inventory demand forecasting based on historical sales transactions and ensure replenishment of fast moving items to avoid lost sales. Liaise with the Manager and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate movement of products. Ensure the utilized inventory system is regularly and accurately updated to reflect inventory movements, replenishment, and sales activities. Monitor inventory integrity through cycle counts and annual physical counts of on and off-site inventory.
