• Managing, Monitoring and planning the entire Inventory through the Operational management systems. Administer to the requirements of the clients to smoothen the operations. 
• Master data management-knowledge of customer and Material master data, Source List, Purchase Info Records, Vendor master, Bill of Material, etc.
• Setting up and Managing IRT for organizational processes 
• Experience in managing direct reports with cross-functional teams, managing the inventory stocks for all the branches across Middle East.
• Produce a perfect stock position on the ERP system corresponding to the availability with the store POS.
• Provide overall directions to all the branch managers to receive the stocks perfectly in systems.
• Validates/updates models for forecasting base business and innovation.
• Co-ordinate with the Finance Specialist to have correct stock financials on a weekly basis
• Determine time-phased requirements for supply from sources based on forecasts and current inventory positions
• Monitoring supply and demand using the advanced planning system (IFS), and collaborate with sources to implement corrective action plans
• Manage the integrity of the ERP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock levels, waste factors, etc.)
• Replenishing the stock on the Availability of Warehouse stock with previous sales history by keeping the Forecast as a benchmark. 
• Maintaining Target Inventory days with Lead Time of delivery to the branches.
• Making branch transfers within the region for Non-Moving SKU’s
• Analyzing the Bulk requests.
• Setting Min-Max qty in branches for each product to avoid over stocks and OOS issues.
• Maintaining OOS percentage to Zero level by replenishing stock with forecast accuracy. 
• Control Excess inventory in branches.
• Collecting the monthly forecast for all the category of products. 
• Maintaining database for the previous month’s sales history to analyze the future market demand.
• Aligning with Warehouse Team and prioritize the Pos.
• Conducts weekly meeting with the Operations Team on the stock coverage and Safety stocks.
