I am Mohammed Mohsin Shareef and I have Completed my B.E in Civil Engineering in 2017. I have been working as a Civil Site Engineer since March 2017 to May 2022. I have been looking forward to work in an Environment where I can enhance my Professional skills and growth.

Job Description: 

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and Monitoring site foremen and work of any subcontractors.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Allotting work to labors.
• Checking the quality of Structural and RCC works of Structural Components as per design Standards.
• Attending weekly meetings with all the team members.
• undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
• using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.
• liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
• ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time.
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Checking the Bar Bending Schedule of Structure.
• Preparation of scope of works for different Projects.
• Perform extra duties as required in the time of necessity.
• Preparing daily progress report.
• Performing field check of sites and making sure the sites are neat and clean.
• Assist in checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Pre-& Post concreting checking of Formwork, steel, Alignment, Levelling and Curing arrangements of all the Sites.
• Incharge of all finishing works of the building (Plaster, painting, POP, Plumbing, Tiles and Sanitary Fittings.
• Preparing / Listing out the delayed activities from the Master schedule & provide solutions to push the job co-coordinating with all the associates.
• Planning of Resources and Ensuring Quality manpower, Quality machinery, Quality material being mobilized as per client’s approvals.
• Familiar with “Project Parameters” – Time, Cost, Quality & HSE. Strong at “Progress” factor.
