Erection, troubleshoot and overhauled of Refrigeration and Air conditioning systems,all type of package units (specially Carrier,
Trane, York and Zamil) DX units and split units.
- Responsible for periodically and annually check for compressors, motors, safeties and controls; initiates action for the major and minor overhaul of the equipment.
- Detected leakages by scrutinizing and enforced the use of energy managements strategies and responsible for repairs like replacement of compressors, broken flares, repacking glands, copper tubing & adjusting and replacement of expansion valves.
- Reassembled equipment's, identify complex problems and installed various auxiliary components such as blowers, discharge valves, pressure switches and many others.
- Ensured quality of product through temperature monitoring, calibrating and control.
- Conduct analysis, resolved breakdown issues, repair malfunction and explained failure reasons on customer return tool, prepared documents and submitted to supervisor.
- Responded to emergency escalated calls from customers at night and during weekends for repair service.
