It was Turnkey project, started from excavation up to handing over. Dealing with Govt, dept., meeting with engineering department of University, Dealing with Sub Contractor and Labor for site issues.

Take approvals from Engineering & ensure work execution as per BOQ and instruction by engineer incharge.

PROJECT: Family accommodations Riyadh. (60 million) SR

Major Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit billing to the consultant as per work done with supporting documents. 
• Preparation and submit variation orders with supporting documents to the consultant & strong follow-up till the approval 
• Preparation and submitted breakdown for material & cost variation
• Strong follow-up with consultant till billing approval according to LOA agreement percentage.
• Checking bills and invoices from vendors, contractors as per agreement and forward to account department for release payments

 Electrical Engineer Nov, 2012 to Jun, 2013

PROJECT: Wadi Hanifa Saud Al Saleh Villa (70 million SR)

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the execution and coordination of all the  Electrical  construction engineering services, overseeing the direction and administration of the contractors and their compliance to the quality assurance program and schedule commitments

• Reading design specifications and technical drawings, shop drawings, execution and supervision for the sub-contractor.
• Chair meetings and co-ordinate with the Client and Sub contractor for site progress and technical assistance. 
• Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost. 
• Identifying customer requirements and co-ordinate with other services well in advance to avoid rework at site.

The projects consists the following systems:

• Fire Alarm, CCTV, VIDEO PHONE, PA, MATV, LAN, Telephone systems
• EIB system for lighting, curtain, shutter and dimming. 
• Electrical Installations (Internal + External)

PROJECT:EbramHousing(Bachelors Accommodations,130 million)

Duties included

Project contains the precast panel structure and I am responsible for all Electrical services in precast panels during concrete casting in factory and site as well. It also includes the infrastructure work in the housing complex complete with the following systems.

External cable laying with Cable ducts & Main Holes 

• Telephone (STC) pipes with main holes 
• Street Lighting with poles & basis, FAS, FF,
• Split Air Conditioning system including condensate pipe. 

Major responsibility to handle site work dealing and

• Co-ordinate with the Consultants and Sub contractor for site progress and technical assistance 
• Record amount of materials used and work performed.
• Prepare daily activity records and reports taking approval from consultant through RFI.
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and Consultants. 
• Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost.
• Prepared and submitted for materials and take approvals. 
• Prepare and take approvals for the shop drawings and ensure the execution work at site as per approved drawings. 
• Prepare the as built drawings and submit to the consultant after finishing the project. 
• Manage all the site issues for the quality and standers to ensure all electrical health and safety.

Efics (IT) coordinator& Support Engineer July 2006 to Jan, 2011. 

Duties included: 

• EFICS/ICRM Central Region Backend regional support to franchise and domain users 
• Communicate with franchise to get their problem resolved in financial inventory system and customer relationship Management system 
• Configuration of network printer and stand-alone printer 
• Customer interaction to provide technical help 
• Proper escalation of user end problems to the second level and strong follow up till the problem gets resolved
• Backend support to CSR
