Time served as Senior Instrument Technician/Supervisor with 14 years Practical experience in Petrochemicals & Oil & Gas Plants.
Degree (B.Tech) plus 3 years Diploma and also 2-years Apprenticeship as Instrument Technician. I have been working in instrument and control systems in Chemical,Fertilizer, Petrochemical plants , Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Boiler, Compressor control, field instrumentation, control valves, Fire and Gas, Vibration monitoring, PLC, DCS and SCADA Systems.
Responsible for the PM, CM & breakdown maintenance of various field Instrumentation like flow/pressure/temperature/level transmitters, vibration probes, control/on-off valves, metering skids, DCS, ESD, PLC, Gas turbine control systems, Woodward, CCC anti-surge control systems, Bentley Nevada 3300/3500 VMS. Work orders confirmation and Mantain Technical history after job completetion in SAP system on daily basis.
Schedule with OMC and Planner to execute jobs timely
Proficient in fault finding, troubleshooting in process controls systems installed on process plants while ensuring safety guidelines
Degree in Bachelor of Technology + 3 years Associate Technical Diploma
