Civil Engineer - Tendering / Estimation

• Estimate quantities, surface areas, volumes, etc. and perform all quantity take-offs for our assigned scope of work.
• Compile the tender BOQ with description based on the quantity take-offs.
• I am responsible for Preparation of rate analysis (Labor, material and equipment) of BOQ items.
• Coordinate with site team and engineering department to maintain a better record of required document in order to certification payment application.
• I am responsible to review subcontractor bills and preparing of subcontractor payment application and I also responsible to prepare of Escalation at monthly IPC.
• Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity record as per site progress.
• Estimation of structure and fit-out works of building, subgrade, subbase, WBM, Asphalt base and wearing course works as per drawing and quality standard.
• I am Responsible to preparation of Project Scheduling on Primavera.
