Detail-oriented engineer with a strong proficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) methodologies, quality control (QC) procedures, design principles, and production optimization techniques. I possess expert knowledge in 3D CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, and have a solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

I am working as a QA/QC Engineer in DAUDONS ARMOURY PVT LTD (DSA) on automatic grenade launcher (AGL) project. DSA AGL PAK40 is an idigenously designed and manufactured automatic grenade launcher for infantry role. The AGL PAK40 has been successfuly tested on various NATO standard ammunition platforms and has been inducted in the pakistan Army.

• Complete inspection of the components and especially gauges as per TDP drawings.
• Different stage inspection i.e from white stage to final stage.
• Involve in NDT inspection, Ultransonic (UT), Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI), and dye Penetrating testing (DPT) on critical Components,verifying material integrity.
• Ensuring all the products of the department meet the quality standards as per company Policy.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• maintain quality records, inspection reports,and test certificates.
• Ensure all work follows safety and quality guidelines.

SITE ENGINEER (HVAC System) - SITARA ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CO.

• Supervised and managed HVAC system installation activities at project sites according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Executed installation of HVAC equipment including AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Ducting, and Piping systems.
